Who We Are
Established in 1962, Our Company was incorporated as M/S Chandmal Hukumchand Jain which is later followed by its associate firms i.e. M/s Shubham Kumar Rajendra Kumar Jain, SKRK Cotton Pvt. Ltd. & CH Finance PVT LTD. This Family owned company is a legacy of 3 generations which is now widely spread in different types of businesses in several states of India like Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Telangana and North of India. Under the Leadership of our Director Mr. Rajendra Kumar Jain, who brings his expertise of 35 years into the business and craft loyalty and trust, we as a company is spreading its services across country. Our Company also believes in retaining the core values of the business, inspired by Girdharlal Nanhelal Industries, which was a Cotton Ginning Pressing Factory situated in Burhanpur operated for 80 years.
Pillars of Our Company
Our company is a legacy of three generations followed by the younger generation of the family. After Seth Hukumchand ji Jain, Seth Chandmal ji jain passed on his Expertise to his son Mr. Rajendra Jain, and 35 yrs later Mr Rajendra jain prepared his next generation- CA Saumik Jain, Shubham Jain and Rachit Jain
Mr Rajendra Jain
Head of the family is leading the business with great dignity and affirmation for years. After death of
his father, he took over the business at a very young age and has been emotionally attached to entire
business, which makes it his strength of operating the business.
Along with his establishment in the business he also works towards the social causes and support
NGO’s for a better society. Speaking about his achievements, he is appointed as Director for the
Cotton Association of India, Mumbai and an active member of __ groups and organisations. He is a
man of principles and ideology and passing on his legacy to his sons.
CA Saumik Jain
CA Saumik Jain is one of the pillars of the company. After Graduating from India’s top university
Symbiosis Pune, he completed his Chartered accountancy in the year 2014 and simultaneously did
his Internship at one of the known Audit Company SKP & CO.
CA Saumik Jain joined the company in 2015 with a goal of taking this legacy to a new height. He is
skilled, passionate about work and hardworking and understands the opportunities and challenges of
new era. He ensured his best efforts in the Finance & Investment Sector along with the Real Estate
business.
Shubham Jain
With an ambition of great achievements Mr. Shubham Jain Joined Cotton ginning factory business at an early age of 20. Along with handling ginning business and learning new techniques of business he completed his graduation and MBA. He is also handling cotton business, Real estate and rental business with great expertise and has been a very valuable part of the company.
Rachit Jain
CFA Rachit Jain is the youngest and the most enthusiastic. He did his management training from High point landmark LLP pune and after completing his CFA in year 2023, he joined CH Group as an equity research analyst. He has been a crucial part of the business as he contributes generous amount of his time in surveys and follow-up. He has a very different and modern approach towards working in this field.
